You can represent multiple rooms or sessions as top-level groups within a single SeatLogic project. Nest session groups inside a room group and use the group tree in the sidebar for navigation. Alternatively, create separate projects per day or per track for very large multi-day conferences.
For conferences we suggest: "colleague" for people from the same company, "friend" for close professional peers who would enjoy sitting together, "avoid" for competitors or attendees with known friction, and "custom" with a label like "speaker-sponsor" for specific strategic pairings you want to track.
With a paid plan the project is cloud-synced and accessible from any browser. Share the login or export the project as JSON for a colleague to import into their own SeatLogic account. Full real-time collaboration across separate accounts is on the product roadmap.
Removing a cancelled attendee takes seconds - delete their guest entry and their connections are removed automatically. Adding a walk-in is equally quick: create a new guest, add them to the appropriate group, and the bubble redraws to include them. The undo stack means no accidental deletion is ever permanent.
