Senatus Group Ltd., doing business as SeatLogic (“SeatLogic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provides a seating management and ticketing platform for individuals, event planners, event venues, and organizations. Senatus Group Ltd. is a federally incorporated extra-provincial corporation in Canada.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to seatlogic.app (the “Site”), customers and authorized users of our platform and related services (the “Services”), and individuals who communicate with us or receive our emails.
This Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how we protect it.
3. Our Privacy Commitments
SeatLogic is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes related to providing and improving our Services, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with customers.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information in ways that are materially different from those described in this Policy without providing notice where required by law.

Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with the Site or Services. This may include:

- Contact or authentication data (via Google Sign-In)
Payment Data
Payment information (such as credit card numbers) is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers. You can review Stripe's privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

- Pages viewed, referring URLs, and navigation paths

Social Media Login Data
We offer the ability to register and log in using your Google account. When you do so, we receive certain profile information from Google, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only to facilitate account creation and authentication. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers maintain facilities.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Unless a longer retention period is required by law, we retain personal information for up to twelve (12) months after account termination. After this period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
11. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth, and monitoring practices.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
In the event of a data security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and, where required by applicable law (such as the 72-hour notification requirement under GDPR), notify affected parties and relevant authorities.

13. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the equivalent age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it. 14. Do-Not-Track Signals
Some browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. Because there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing or implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Policy.
15. Business Transfers
If SeatLogic is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any such transfer will be subject to this Policy or a successor policy with comparable protections.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice on the Site or by sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
